Completion and follow-up of all governmental and semi-governmental transactions.
Visit government entities and complete company-related transactions and procedures.
Visit banks to process the company's banking transactions.
Update bank accounts in coordination with the Finance Department.
Deposit and collect documents, cheques, and bank correspondence.
Follow up on transactions with the Ministry of Commerce.
Follow up on Chamber of Commerce transactions and memberships.
Follow up on Ministry of Foreign Affairs transactions, attestations, and authorizations.
Receive and deliver official documents between the company and external parties.
Ensure all required documents are complete before submitting any transaction.
Monitor the status of applications and transactions until completion and keep management informed of updates.
Prepare periodic reports on completed transactions and those still under process.
Comply with applicable regulations and instructions and maintain the confidentiality of information and official documents.
