The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming guests, directing them appropriately, and coordinating their needs to ensure an exceptional experience that reflects the company's professionalism and enhances guest satisfaction.
Welcome and greet guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner.
Identify guests’ needs and direct them to the appropriate employee or department.
Ensure fair and timely allocation of guests among service advisors without unnecessary delays.
Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and professional condition that reflects the company’s standards.
Perform administrative duties assigned by the Maintenance Manager or Reception Manager.
Submit periodic reports to the Maintenance Manager regarding guest complaints and concerns.
Maintain and organize all guest-related records, files, and reports.
Update and maintain customer databases, including changes and the status of current and potential guests.
Guide guests on the use of the Hassan Jameel mobile application and website for booking maintenance appointments.
Monitor, review, and respond to live chat inquiries through the Hassan Jameel website, address guest inquiries and requests, and refer them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Perform any other duties assigned by management that are related to the scope of the position.

Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification: Diploma
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
